CID4 starts oHours for local bioscience sector

The nonprofit Colorado Institute for Drug, Device and Diagnostic Development (CID4) was launched in 2009 to spur economic growth within Colorado’s bioscience industry.

To further its mission of helping entrepreneurs and emerging companies within the industry, CID4 is launching oHours —  “office-hour” sessions during which bioscience industry members can meet with experts in their fields.

Specifically, oHours provides private, confidential, one-on-one meetings, hosted by domain experts who are versed in successfully starting and running life science companies. oHours provides the Colorado life science ecosystem with an additional resource that adds to the basket of knowledge exchange/transfer opportunities available in our community via free access to subject matter experts who are available to directly answer your specific and/or technical questions, or accelerate the elucidation of your inquiry(ies).

In addition to hosting an “Intro to Office-Hours” at the Amgen Conference Room at the Bioscience Park at Fitzsimons on Monday, June 4 in Aurora, a session is planned for Boulder at the University of Colorado’s new Jennie Smoly Caruthers Biotechnology Building on Thursday, June 7. The Boulder session is scheduled for noon in Room B331 in the Caruthers Biotech building’s B-Wing.

CID4 officials have requested that people interested in attending would RSVP by sending an e-mail to
